Order Changes
Order changes may be possible until the fulfillment process begins. Please note that changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be HU:GAL's responsibility if unmet.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@hugalofficial.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and your order details. If an exchange is approved, the item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
Archive Sales or Sales Items
