1. Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS and USPS (non-contiguous states and territories), including Standard/Economy shipping and express shipping options based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to United States only. If your country is not listed, please contact us for potential shipping arrangements.
3. Shipping Costs: We currently have a flat rate of $10 for Economy Shipping and $20 for Express Shipping. There are exception to the non-contiguous states and territories which have a flat rate of $15 for Economy Shipping. Free shipping may be offered on orders over $99, applicable after discounts and before taxes.
4. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard/Economy Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Estimate delivery time might vary in non-contiguous states and territories
